How can I pay for an order online?

Payment for all Products are made via Paypal. You can pay with your credit or debit card. You may also use your Paypal account if you wish to do so.

You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

Can I confirm if my order was successfully placed?

If you are a registered customer, you can log into your Account and check your order status.

If you do not have an account, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I find my order number?

You will receive this in your order acknowledgement email and all further email contact from Debonair Schoolwear which relate to this order.
If you are a registered customer, it will be visible in the “View Orders” section in your Account.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are unable to cancel or amend an order, upon customer request, once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?

No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email.

How do I enter a promotional code?

At the checkout, under your total, there is a Coupon Code entry box. Enter your promotional code here. By clicking ‘Apply’, you will activate the promotional code and the discount will be applied to your order. If the promotional code does not apply, please check the terms & conditions of the promotion and ensure the items you have selected are included in the promotion.

I have placed an order, will I receive an email to confirm my order has been received?

Yes, once you place an, you will instantly receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase is not complete until the order have been dispatched to you.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam / junk mail. If you still cannot find this email, the most common reason for this is due to the incorrect email address being entered at the checkout.
